With a career spanning Fortune 150 enterprises to high-growth startups, Abraham has led financial strategy, operational planning, and capital raising initiatives that have fueled sustainable business growth. He previously served as VP of Finance & Strategy at a Series B health-tech firm, where he helped refine financial infrastructure, optimize performance, and secure investor confidence. His experience in treasury, capital markets, and investment strategy gives him a unique ability to assess business opportunities through both an operator’s lens and an investor’s mindset.

Abraham’s long-term vision is to build XY Zili into a next-generation investment and asset management firm, focused on acquiring, improving, and holding high-quality businesses for sustainable long-term returns. Before joining XY Zili, Victor spent five years in investment banking at Banco de Reservas, executing $3.8 billion in transactions across real estate, tourism, infrastructure, energy, and financial services. He has successfully led M&A deals, project finance, leveraged buyouts, and debt restructurings, advising both public and private sector clients. Most recently, he worked as an MBA Summer Associate at Maxim Partners, a private equity firm, where he conducted due diligence, financial modeling, and investment analysis for high-growth companies. His earlier roles include investment analysis at Fiduciaria Reservas and audit at PwC, further refining his ability to assess risk and value in diverse financial environments.
